eSYS were engaged in June 2011 to undertake value for money analysis of the new NGO program in Africa, called the Australia Africa Community Engagement Scheme (AACES). In line with AusAID's Africa program, AACES aims to contribute to measurable outcomes for people in three priority sectors: water and sanitation, women and children's health, and food security. |
