eSYS Development, in conjunection with UNAIDS, the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and TSF, have just completed the first regional national training workshop for costed HIV strategic plans in Bangkok during Septmber. The workshop provided guidance to planners and programme managers at country level in costing selected HIV/AIDS interventions while staying focused on the overall goals to halt and reverse the epidemic. Such plans help ensure programme managers have sufficient resources to reach target program coverage.
