Evaluation of the Pacific HIV and STI Response Fund

eSYS has been engaged to lead the final evaluation of the Pacific HIV and STI Response Fund. The $22 million fund supports Pacific governments to develop national strategic plans for HIV and sexually transmitted infections. Planned outcomes include: improved prevention, detection and treatment of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections in Pacific countries, non-government organizations and other implementation partners effectively and efficiently use the grants and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community developing effective procedures to monitor and account for grant funds.
