As part European Union Technical Assistance , eSYS has been engaged to undertake a costing of Philhealth’s Outpatient Benefit Package (OPB) of Services in the Philippines.

Cost analysis of the existing services will be conducted with different case scenarios as part of an evaluation of the OPB, Including differentiated costs of “routine services” and OPB, scenarios for high, medium and low coverage of insurance and costs of offering OPB additionally to routine services.
