Ross McLeod has been engaged to undertake medium-term expenditure planning and financial analysis for the $72 million Health Care in the South-Central Coast Region Project in Vietnam, recently initiated with support from the Asian Development Bank.

The project aims to improve access to quality health services through infrastructure development, capacity building, and health system reform.

McLeod’s role focuses on assessing the financial sustainability of the proposed investments, including loan cost implications and alignment with provincial and national budget frameworks.

His analysis will inform resource allocation strategies and support effective planning and implementation over the life of the ADB-funded initiative
