eSYS Development has been engaged by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to support loan preparations for Vietnam’s Local Health Care Sector Development Program.

 

The initiative aims to strengthen primary health care systems, particularly in underserved and remote areas, by enhancing service quality, governance, and public investment efficiency.

 

eSYS is contributing to investment planning aligned with Vietnam’s national health strategy.

 

The indicative investment cost is estimated at $92 million, with expected financing of $80 million from ADB’s concessional ordinary capital resources and $12 million in grant funding from the Asian Development Fund Regional Health Security Grant.
