eSYS Development has been engaged to undertake a Financial Management Assessment for the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Pacific Regional Vaccine Strengthening Project, implemented in partnership with the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) in Melbourne.

 

The project aims to enhance vaccine systems across Pacific Island countries, focusing on cold chain infrastructure, workforce capacity, and equitable vaccine access.

 

eSYS is assessing financial systems, risk management, internal controls, and fiduciary arrangements to ensure compliance with ADB requirements.

 

The findings will inform funding disbursement, financial planning, and accountability mechanisms to support effective and transparent implementation of this regional health security initiative.
